Our WHY

Our Mission
Esther Project 31 exists to provide trauma-informed, comprehensive services for women and women with children who are impacted by abuse, neglect, crime, and complex behavioral, developmental, and physical health challenges.

Our Vision

Our vision is to see women and women with children—including those harmed by crime, those who have offended, and those impacted within the community—renewed, restored, and reunified.

Through trauma-informed care, relational healing, and restorative justice, we seek to repair the breaches caused by crime, strengthen families, and empower women to walk in wholeness, dignity, and purpose.

We support healing, accountability, and restoration so women and families can achieve wholeness, well-being, stability, and their fullest potential.

Servant Leader Vanessa Virgil

A Word from the Minister

Esther Project 31 exists to minister to women from all walks of life—regardless of background, story, or season. At the heart of this ministry is a sacred calling to reach the little girl within every woman: the one who learned to survive too soon, who may have lost her voice, her safety, or her sense of worth along the way. We believe healing is holy work, and restoration is possible for every woman who dares to hope again.

Through faith‑centered, trauma‑informed care, we create spaces where women are seen, heard, and nurtured as they grow into wholeness. Our mission is to restore hope, strengthen identity, and awaken purpose—walking alongside women as they heal, rise, and reclaim the fullness of who God created them to be. Esther Project 31 is more than a ministry; it is a journey of restoration, leadership, and renewed life—for such a time as this.

As Co‑Founder of TRUE SERVICE and founder of Esther Project 31, I lead faith‑centered, trauma‑informed ministry initiatives dedicated to restoring dignity, identity, and purpose in women’s lives.

Esther Project 31 exists to cultivate wisdom, resilience, and servant leadership through holistic support, spiritual formation, and community‑based restoration, reflecting the strength and purpose exemplified by the Proverbs 31 woman.

Equipping women to walk in wisdom, resilience, and purpose reflective of the Proverbs 31 woman. Her leadership bridges ministry and community impact, advancing sustainable transformation rooted in faith and service.
