Esther Project 31

Our WHY
Our Mission
Esther Project 31 exists to provide faith‑centered, trauma‑informed, and leadership‑driven services for women and women with children who have been impacted by abuse, neglect, crime, and complex behavioral, developmental, and physical health challenges.
We recognize that trauma does not disqualify women from leadership—it refines it. Our mission is twofold: to support healing and to cultivate resilient, purpose‑driven leaders who are restored in dignity, identity, and hope.
Our Vision
Our vision is to see women and women with children—those harmed by crime, those who have caused harm, and those impacted within the community—renewed, restored, and reunified wherever possible.
Through trauma‑informed care, relational healing, restorative justice practices, and servant leadership development, Esther Project 31 seeks to repair the breaches caused by trauma and crime, strengthen families, and empower women to walk in wholeness, accountability, and purpose.
We support pathways of healing and restoration so women and families can achieve stability, well‑being, and their fullest God‑given potential, creating lasting personal and generational impact.

A Word from the Minister
Esther Project 31 exists to minister to women from all walks of life—regardless of background, story, or season. At the heart of this ministry is a sacred calling to reach the little girl within every woman: the one who learned to survive too soon, who may have lost her voice, her safety, or her sense of worth along the way. We believe healing is holy work, and restoration is possible for every woman who dares to hope again.
Through faith‑centered, trauma‑informed care, we create spaces where women are seen, heard, and nurtured as they grow into wholeness. Our mission is to restore hope, strengthen identity, and awaken purpose—walking alongside women as they heal, rise, and reclaim the fullness of who God created them to be. Esther Project 31 is more than a ministry; it is a journey of restoration, leadership, and renewed life—for such a time as this.
Servant Leadership
Founder’s Ministry & Vision
As Co‑Founder of TRUE SERVICE and Founder of Esther Project 31, I provide visionary leadership to faith‑centered, trauma‑informed ministry initiatives devoted to the restoration of dignity, identity, and purpose in women’s lives. My work is grounded in the belief that healing is holistic—spiritual, emotional, relational, and practical—and that sustainable transformation occurs when women are both supported and equipped to step fully into who God has called them to be.
Through TRUE SERVICE, I collaborate with faith leaders, community partners, and service organizations to address systemic barriers that impact women navigating trauma, transition, and reentry. Esther Project 31 serves as a focused expression of this mission—creating sacred, structured spaces where women are seen, valued, and strengthened as they rebuild their lives with intention and faith.
Rooted in a Divine Calling
Rooted in Esther 4:14, my calling is to walk alongside women as they rise “for such a time as this.” This calling recognizes that many women carry extraordinary potential while also bearing deep wounds from loss, displacement, abuse, incarceration, or generational cycles of brokenness. Rather than rushing the process, Esther Project 31 honors the journey—supporting women as they heal, gain wisdom, and step confidently into their God‑given assignments.
This work is not about perfection, performance, or comparison. It is about restoration—helping women reclaim their voices, understand their worth, and discern their purpose so they can lead lives marked by wholeness, impact, and legacy.
Esther Project 31: Purpose & Approach
Esther Project 31 exists to cultivate wisdom, resilience, and servant leadership in women through holistic support, intentional spiritual formation, and community‑based restoration. The initiative draws inspiration from the strength, discernment, and dignity embodied by the Proverbs 31 woman—interpreted not as an unrealistic standard, but as a reflection of a woman fully integrated in her faith, work, family, and service to others.
The project offers:
-
Trauma‑informed care that acknowledges past experiences while empowering future growth
-
Spiritual formation experiences that deepen faith, identity, and discernment
-
Leadership development and life‑skills mentoring rooted in biblical wisdom and practical application
-
Community connection and accountability, recognizing that healing and growth flourish in relationships
Each element is designed to help women move from survival into stability, and from stability into purpose‑driven leadership.
A Bridge Between Ministry & Community Impact
Esther Project 31 intentionally bridges ministry and community transformation. The initiative equips women not only to be restored personally, but also to become contributors—leaders, mentors, advocates, and change‑agents in their families and communities. This approach advances sustainable transformation by addressing both internal healing and external empowerment.
At its core, the work reflects a commitment to servant leadership—uplifting others through integrity, compassion, and faithful stewardship. Women are encouraged to recognize their influence, embrace responsibility with humility, and build legacies that extend beyond their own lives.
Core Values
Esther Project 31 is committed to equipping women to walk in wisdom, resilience, and purpose, reflecting the strength, character, and grace demonstrated by the Proverbs 31 woman. This ministry is not about striving—it is about alignment: aligning faith with action, healing with leadership, and personal restoration with generational impact.
Together, TRUE SERVICE and Esther Project 31 stand as a living testimony that when women are healed, equipped, and supported, families are strengthened, communities are transformed, and God’s redemptive work is m
